volunteer opportunities

To volunteer your time at the Guild of St. Agnes contact Sharon Woodbury, Director of Human Resources at swood016@aol.com or call 508-755-2238 ext. 22

All volunteers must be interviewed and submit to a CORI in accordance with the regulations of the Department of Early Education and Care.

There are numerous ways in which you can volunteer your time and talent at
the Guild of St. Agnes. Here are just a few:

Classroom Volunteer:

You may volunteer alongside teachers providing one-on-one
attention to a child.

Reader:

You could read to children each week to help advance their learning experience.

Holiday Gift Drive:

Conduct a holiday gift drive in your office or community,
or hold a children’s book drive.

Share your experience: Come and speak to the children about your career,
a recent trip you’ve taken, or any appropriate area of expertise you might want to share.

Arts and Crafts:

Do you have a special project children might enjoy? Children are
always interested in experiencing new creative techniques!

Sponsor A Birthday Party:

The Guild of St. Agnes celebrates every child's birth date.
Your contribution of a cake, ice cream or special gift could make it a very special day.

Financial Contributions

Each contribution we receive goes directly to providing quality care and education that
children need to be successful in their future years. In the past, contributions have been
used to provide: scholarships to families who don’t qualify for other subsidies; field trips
for children; learning activities, books and supplies; and capital improvements you can
designate.

If you would like to make a financial contribution to the Guild of St. Agnes,
please contact Sharon Woodbury at 508-755-2238 or email swood016@aol.com.
All contributions are tax deductible.
