FAMLY App: Our Parent Portal

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We have a parent portal called FAMLY which is an all-in-one early childhood platform that serves as a communication and billing system for our families. With FAMLY, you can access pictures, videos, and announcements via the newsfeed, or your child’s profile. At the click of a button, you can update permissions, report sickness and vacation days, review your bill and enroll in auto pay, and send direct messages to us whenever you need. 

Communication:

• Parents can communicate easily with teachers and center administration through the app’s messenger. The Newsfeed allows parents to receive updates, photos, notifications, and important agency announcements. 

 

Billing:

• You will be receiving emails from FAMLY containing copies of your weekly invoices, your current balance, receipts for any cash payments, and bill payment reminders.
